Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel through the billing portal before the seven-day trial converts to paid service to prevent the first $9.99 USD subscription charge. A valid payment method is required for enrollment, and a reminder is scheduled approximately two days before paid billing begins.

After paid billing begins, cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access that remains available through that date is subject to account eligibility, payment status, legal assent, security, and platform rules.

Existing billing customers retain access to the billing portal to manage or cancel billing even while new Checkout is closed or marketplace activity is restricted.

Paid technology-subscription periods are not routinely refundable and are not prorated. CoverageCases may approve a manual refund or adjustment for a duplicate, unauthorized, demonstrably erroneous, legally required, or documented courtesy exception.

To request review, contact admin@sanchezvaughn.com with the account email, charge date, and a nonconfidential explanation. Do not email complete payment-card or bank-account numbers.

A past-due or unpaid status has no grace period for new marketplace activity. Portal and cancellation access remain available, and active status is restored only after a valid in-scope payment event confirms it.

Denial, suspension, deactivation, or failed Florida Bar reverification may block new activity and may result in cancellation at period end. A platform-caused erroneous billing issue receives manual review under this policy.

This policy covers only the CoverageCases technology subscription. It does not cancel, refund, prorate, adjudicate, or enforce compensation that one attorney agrees to pay another. Those payments occur directly between attorneys under their separate written agreement.
