Electronic Communications Terms

CoverageCases provides account notices, current legal documents, accepted-terms records, billing receipts, and transaction updates through the application and the account email address. Stripe may provide its own hosted billing receipts and notices. Keep the account email current and retain copies of records relevant to your professional obligations. Public legal pages can be printed or saved using the provided print control; billing records remain subject to the access and retention limits in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Acknowledging these Electronic Communications Terms is separate from authorizing a subscription or posting charge. Neither receipt of an email nor passive use records a new purchase authorization or assent to a material legal update. Affirmative controls identify the terms accepted for the particular action.

For assistance accessing or retaining an electronic record, or to make an access, correction, or deletion request, contact admin@coveragecases.com. Requests follow the verification and retention procedures in the Privacy Policy. CoverageCases does not provide emergency communications, court filing or service, or a channel for privileged case files. Attorneys remain independently responsible for court deadlines and required client communications.
