How to contact CoverageCases about accounts, billing, privacy, security, or platform conduct.

Contact

Send CoverageCases account, billing, privacy, security, accessibility, or platform-conduct questions and complaints to admin@sanchezvaughn.com. Written notices may be mailed to CoverageCases, LLC, 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 3300, Tampa, Florida 33602.

Include your account email, a concise description, relevant dates, and nonconfidential platform identifiers. Do not send confidential case documents, privileged material, authentication credentials, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information by ordinary support email.

Response targets

CoverageCases targets acknowledgment within two business days and a substantive response within ten business days. These are service targets, not guaranteed resolution deadlines. Complex, security-sensitive, legal-hold, or third-party matters may require more time.

What CoverageCases may review

CoverageCases may review platform records, account eligibility, access, subscription status, security signals, and compliance with platform rules. It may restrict account access, correct platform records where appropriate, preserve evidence, and refer a user to the appropriate outside process.

CoverageCases does not adjudicate legal-service quality, malpractice, ethics violations, court disputes, direct attorney engagement fees, or damages. It is not an arbitration forum, disciplinary authority, law firm, emergency service, or substitute for a court, The Florida Bar, law enforcement, or an attorney's own professional judgment.

Billing complaints

For a technology-subscription charge, identify the charge date and issue without sending complete card information. Duplicate, unauthorized, demonstrably erroneous, legally required, or owner-approved courtesy refund requests receive manual review under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

CoverageCases cannot refund or enforce a direct attorney-to-attorney engagement payment because it never handles that payment.

Urgent matters and preservation

Do not rely on support for hearing deadlines, appearances, client emergencies, immediate court action, or threats to life or safety. Contact the appropriate attorney, court, emergency service, law-enforcement agency, insurer, or professional authority directly.

Support and complaint records are retained under the Privacy Notice and may be preserved longer for disputes, incidents, investigations, or legal holds.
